Full payment for the service is due on the day the client schedules their appointment with Big Sky Cleaning Service LLC, unless both parties have agreed otherwise in advance.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our priority is for every client to be satisfied with our work and service.
The client understands and agrees that a full refund will not be issued, as the service includes operational expenses such as employee labor, cleaning products, transportation, fuel, and time already invested in the completed work.
3. Respect & Professionalism
Our cleaning team is committed to treating all clients, homes, properties, and personal belongings with professionalism and respect.
We also expect all clients to treat our staff respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or concerns should be reported immediately so the company can take the appropriate action to maintain a professional environment for everyone.
4. Personal Belongings
We kindly recommend that clients secure cash, jewelry, and other valuable personal belongings prior to the cleaning appointment. While our team operates with honesty and professionalism, Big Sky Cleaning Service LLC is not responsible for items that are not reported missing within 24 hours after service completion.
5. Agreement
By booking our services, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Service Terms & Conditions.
Please review our payment policies carefully. Full payment for the service is due on the day the client schedules their appointment, unless both parties have agreed otherwise in advance.
Auto-Charge Authorization
By booking our services, you authorize Big Sky Cleaning Service LLC to charge the card on file for service payments, approved add-on services, late fees, or no-show charges in accordance with our policies.
Big Sky Cleaning Service LLC may send SMS (text) messages to customers who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive communications.
Legal Compliance
